Clinical Placement 4

Wow!...its is my first time to come to this place...this hospital.
i cant imagine i need to woke up early around 5.30 am to get into this place...such hectic life to be in this place...
coz i just got to know 'them'....from the surrounding and particular that i saw...i cant make any significant of judging them...i dunno...it might be worse or vice versa....

I just need to refreshing all my knowledge..pathology,communication skill,clinical reasoning skills...OMG!...
i just have to make sure all those thing should be at my finger tips!!!
i still remember this person told me..."U must be different than others"...its not easy.
