Hiburan Orang Mukmin

Hiburan orang mukmin itu adalah beribadah, 
Mengingat Tuhan dan mengagungkan-Nya, 
Berkhidmat dengan manusia, 
Memberi, bersedekah, menolong dan membantu hamba-hamba Allah, 
Mengagih-agihkan harta di kalangan yang patut menerimanya, 
Kalau dia tidak dapat menolong orang, hatinya susah, 
Kerana menolong orang itu adalah hiburannya, 
Mendamaikan orang yang berbalah, hobinya, 
Dia terhibur dengan mendamaikan orang yang bermusuhan, 
Kalau ada orang yang memberi nasihat, 
Atau ada orang mengingatkannya, suka sungguh hatinya, 
Lantas dia sayang kepada orang itu, 
Kalau dia tidak boleh berkhidmat dengan orang, 
Lebih-lebih lagi di waktu orang perlukan khidmatnya, susah hatinya, 
Dia terasa sangat bersalah dan berdosa, 
Kerana hiburan terputus atau tidak bersambung, 
Kalau didapati ada orang lain mendapat nikmat, 
Dia pula yang terhibur, Jika ada orang yang mendapat kesusahan, 
Hatinya susah, jiwanya derita dan gelisah, 
Dia bersungguh-sungguh cuba mengatasinya, 
Dia merasa penderitaan orang lain itu adalah penderitaannya, 
Kesenangan orang lain adalah kesenangannya, 
Begitulah hati orang mukmin terhibur dengan berkhidmat kepada orang lain.

On 17 august 2013,

woke up at 6.00 am in ther morning,...after solat subuh, straight away go to Litar Sepang with my friends.

This is my firs time ever went to this big event in my life where i had to run 20 km with 20 obstacles, and I MADE IT!!! :)

I could see bruise, feel the muslce aching,...joint pain....during and after the event...the condition getting worse after 2 to 3 days.

From 1 obstacle to 1 obstacle,.. i managed to get it through and thanked to my team member who was there to support and guide...really love you guys!!!

Hope from this event, i will start join marathon and actually one my reason to get fit and slim a bit..coz right know im look like KANE WWE.

Anyhow, its good experience...coz i learnt about team work, hard work, and smart work,,,i cant imagine i crawl under the muddy area...the smell...whoaaaaa.....

And i proudly to annouced that,
