oh...im so glad to get back to gym again...yay!!!
but,...i lost lots of stamina such a long time after 2008...later on 2010,i went to celeb fitnesssssssss at wangsa walk but...too expensive and dont like CONTRACT sosial....and mcm syxxl.
i went to my previous gym in wangsa maju,...it's same like b4...but a lot of exercise machine coming in...barbell,and stuff...oh syntha 6???...looks nice...i should get it hehehe
smells good,hope it works and show progression hehehehe!!!lean shape heehee
